Guarantees

Woodberry is committed to supplying quality commercial standard furniture that is fit-for-purpose.

On every product page you will see the structural guarantee time of the product.

What does this guarantee mean?

The Woodberry guarantee is a structural guarantee. We do not guarantee for wear and tear of the aesthetic of the furniture. We give advice on how to care for and clean the furniture, but our guarantee is for the structural integrity of the furniture.

This means if something breaks, through normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace free of charge within the guarantee period.

We will cover the cost of the return of the product, normally sending a van to collect the items, and the free delivery of the repaired or replacement items.

The guarantee does not cover wear and tear to the surface of the furniture, for example hot ring marks, stains or scratches. Although, we can certainly advise on how to avoid or refurbish these elements.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the goods you have received from Woodberry of Leamington Spa, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange a no-quibble collection and refund. You can let us know by phone 01926 889922 or email: [email protected]

The things we will need to know:
– Your 4-digit order number
– Your name, company name and postcode
– What goods you received and when

Please ensure your goods are available for collection in the original packaging.

If you have had the goods for more than 14 days and encountered issues with the product received, again please contact our team using our main contact details.

Photographs of the product are essential so we can assess the correct course of action / replacement part required.

Mostly, where products are within their warranty period (please refer to the web product page for this), we will be happy to address the issue with replacement parts to return the product to full functionality.

Sometimes we may ask to see the product at site to assess it more closely.

Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment.

Returns

If the item is faulty, please speak to us about the issue as we may be able to send replacement parts.

If the item is no longer required and not faulty, as long as it is within 14 days of receipt then you may return it for a refund. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
